The power of a postive mental attitude has been proven to be beneficial many times over the years. It is well known enough to have it's own acronym, PMA. My definition revolves around being optimistic, expecting good things to happen, 'the glass is half full, not half empty.'
The real point is that you feel this way, act this way and actually have a positive mental attitude. You must really believe in it to have it.
I mentioned habits once already, now I will bring it up again. You probably have some good habits and bad habits now, as most of us do. It does in fact take a human approximately three weeks to learn a new habit, providing it is reinforced properly.
One of the tools for learning a new habitis subliminal messaging, another method I have used successfully for years.
The concept is simple; a postive message is embedded and repeated often in a barely audible format, usually covered by some soothing music or sounds. I love the concept!
