Okay, I said you could not get all the vitamins and minerals you need by eating. There are plenty of folks that will challenge that; so please remember this is our opinion. You certainly should make a concerted effort to eat as 'healthy' as possible. Vitamin World Technically, you probably can get all the vitamins and minerals you need from your food plan. I think that plan would be tedious and quite hard to stay on. I do my best to eat a balanced diet, but I do supplement with vitamins, minerals and herbs. I have compiled my supplement regimen over years of research and trial and error. I am a follower of Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr.Michael Colgan, Loren Cordain, Ph. D, among others. These guys are well recognized in their field and have written books, programs, and other educational tools in this area.All of their books and programs are available at Amazon.

I think Amazon is a solid choice for books, DVD's and other learning tools. They have great search functions, by author, title and subject. I happen to have two published books (on horse racing) at Amazon, under the pen name of Bobby Zen.

We will review herbs at length, as I believe they play an important part of supplementation, with specific uses.
