Do not skip meals.
This is never a good idea, even though it may seem like it. More than likely, you will overeat at the next meal.
Fluids
What are you drinking? You don't need fancy vitamin waters and flashy energy drinks. Good old fashioned water is a great choice, so get plenty of it. Avoid the high sugar choices (read labels), high fructose corn syrup is also not good.
Shoot for 14 grams of sugar or less in a serving.

Push your self harder on a regular basis. We are creatures of habit, so as quick as we get used to a routine, it's loses value as a fitness choice. Mix up your routines; body builders call this 'muscle confusion'. New exercises, various grips on equipment, different speeds are all examples of this.

Get out on the field, or the playground, or the park.
