I have been using Chi-Gung for over 10 years, and I am a firm believer in it, as it is a 'soft exercise'.
Chi-gung is defined as an ancient Chinese system of self-cultivation developed specifically to enable you to take responsibility for protecting health, promoting vitality and prolonging life, while cultivating spiritual awareness.
Wow! Now before you think I'm going to start chanting, don't worry. It is in fact an exercise and fitness program for me, as it can be for you or anyone who chooses.
We will review diet quite often, including deep discussion about vitamins, minerals, herbs and other supplements. There is a train of thought that you can get all the vitamins you need from the food in your diet, but I'm notsold on it.
Here is one point to drill home now: There is no silver bullet in the quest to improve your fitness and health, no pill or liquid or 7 minute program is going to fill all your needs.
You will need to commit to learning health habits, a fitness routine, a proper diet, and a positive mental attitude.
